added approx 30 urgent cares and 10 hospitals plus updated a few fire
map markers
dade county ambulances are staffed with 3 fire medics each - and
engines and ladders have 4 people each (but we dont think that all of
them are als units - and we don think they have 4 ff/medics each - but
some might in practical terms - or maybe 2 active ff/pm and 2 former
ff/pm etc)
