in massachusetts - it used to be at major fires - some of the fire
companies wouild be assigned to 'brand patrol' - they would travel
thru neighborhoods near a major fire looking for brands falling from
the sky and try to prevent more building fires from starting
does california do this?
you know - brand patrol - you know - and they dont need no stinkin badges
