can helos be used in california to send out pager tones to activate
everyone after a major quake?
a quake in the LA basin might not wake up sleeping stations near san
bernardino - but it might knock out the radio repeater stations - a
helo could climb to 5,000 feet and use an encoder to open up all
receivers in san bernardino county and elsewhere
maybe an automatic drone could fulfill this mission - detect quake -
fly autoatically to 5,000 feet - send out pager signals
