this configuration probably goes back to the 1970s
note - 2 output freqs - 2 repeaters on each output freq
but only 1 input freq
seems that we have seen this setup across ND and SD from the 1970s -
multi repeaters with 1 input - or maybe even 1 repeater output but
many different inputs - in fact - that probably goes back to 'pre PL'
days - if you have more than 1 repeater - but want both of them on the
same output channel - you can use 2 different input channels
iirc - SC was mostly on low band - maybe 39.10 and 38.18 - maybe 39.82
also - but ND had a vhf highband repeater pair per county - shared by
police fire dpw everyone - thats 1970s info
