dipatch should be 10 seconds - turnout should be 60 seconds for paid -
maybe 3 minutes for vols
some of their volunteer stations are way way way way way out there - 1
station for every 10 houses - because no one lives out there - they
have some very rural areas - like wyoming and idaho and baltimore
they are putting lots of effort into prevention
45% of outside burning permits require a FD response - yikes
