added a couple of planned fire stations
added ambulance layer and police layer and dpw layer
both sheriff and riverside pd have helos - the new city pd helos can
drop water - sheriff has 1 sar ship
county fd has only about 10 ambs - even though they have 100 stations
amr provides lots of 911 ambulances apparently
the county fd has a mixture of city and district and calfire and county stations
both city fd and county fd have at least 1 pm/ff on each engine
there are very few volunteer stations left
there are maybe 10 indian fire stations also
even BIA has a wildfire station with 2 engines and 1 tanker -
apparently they back up the tribal FDs on wildfires - its complicated
feds might have some new engine numbers thanks to federal fire service
- see the san bern wildweb for latest engine numbers - in theory - we
assume that wildweb is somewhat up to date - maybe it isn't - good
luck finding any other official info thats up to date
911 PSAPs are at multi PDs iirc
FD all use vhf high band but city fd uses UHF
cops all use 800 mhz encrypted trs iirc
