plus some ambient sound - cant hear crossing gate however
apparently the train sends 3 dtmf tones - the base replies with 1 beep
immediately - then the dispatcher answers verbally within 10 to 20
seconds
lombard is 20 miles west of chicago iirc - maybe in du[age county
