https://youtu.be/uYLi_M_FONU?si=Ddb3VcmgoR1i-Ju- dispatcher did not announce box number "Metro Fire" is the account on YT apparently 911 works like this - 911 calls go to woburn psap which is at woburn pd - fire calls are forwarded to fire dispatcher at fire hq - just 1 fire dispatcher on duty multi calls were received per fire dispatcher 1735 pm - per ota listening - tone 4 seconds - garden terrace - house fire 0 green house 1740 pm - first fd unit at scene - so that was 5 minutes seems that woburn fd had this lineup - ladder 2 / quint 2 / engine 2 - at hq tower 1 / quint 1 - at sta 1 eng 4 at sta 4 eng 5 at sta 5 r1 and r2 are fire ambs staffed by ff/emts - maybe at hq or at old sta 3 near new hq all ff are emt actually r1 was told to pair up with tower 1 and res 2 was told to pair up with ladder 2 dont think that eng 2 was different crew than ladder 2 - pretty sure that hq was running just 1 fire crew - 3 people on the new ladder 2 which is really quint 2 - but the callsign eng 2 might have been heard a coupe of times - but maybe that was a phantom apparatus spookey they did 100% of radio traffic on Ch 1 it seems callsigns heard during the fire - 201 pump - 400 to 200 - 501 - 200 to 201 - 100 to r1 - Eng 200 - Ldr 201 to Eng 201 - 402 - 403 - 401 pump hmmm - maybe there was eng 2 AND ladder 2 - ????? damn - now we have to go back and listen to the tape more closely we have heard Ladder 2 go to a fire alarm call alone recently - so "Ladder 2" sure seems to be a quint - but unknown if Engine 2 is also staffed - will have to listen to them for 8 hours some day and figure it out
