really outstanding - I have never heard this done before
dispatcher gets call from lady - lady see the rear of her neighbors
house on fire - dispatcher calls the sleeping neighbor and wakes her
up - FD kicks in door and pulls lady out front door
they must have a great mapping system on their CAD
