"4 minute response time from when the dispatchers took the call" -
what does that mean exactly? from when the first person dialed 911 -
or - from when the first incident was entered into CAD? what does
'arrival' really mean? close or exactly at scene?
"what address do you need us?" - thats kinda pigeon english - sounds
like black dispatcher (with a song in his voice initially) and
hispanic callers - should say "what is the address?" or "what is the
location?" or something in Spanish
are these all of the calls? how many calls were received? how many
calltakers were working?
why was someone on hold for 42 seconds? let me guess - fire is 2ndary
psap - and the primary psap just dumps calls on them no matter how
busy they are
do they use Language Line?
"thats a fantastic response time" - ????? - even for a fatal fire? -
did he have his eyes closed when he said that?
actual response time could have easily been - 2 minutes with primary
psap - 3 minutes with secondary psap - 1 minute alert time - 4 minute
turnout and travel time - 2 minutes to find actual apt - TOTAL OF 12
MINUTES
lets see what Broadcastify has
