listed (ICS 100 and 700 for firefighters) - 'immediate response' is 1
hour chute time for 24 hour duty - 'standard deployment' is 3 hour
chute time for 72 hours of service - I think it is all coordinated via
County EMA and State EMA - no travel channels listed but 154.31 would
be obvious for fire and maybe 154.695 for police - 154.28 154.295
154.265 cant be used because they are used as primary channels by a
few agencies
