apparently these are the command teams for the feds in California for wildfires
each team is funded at $2,000 per year - for notebooks and pins I
guess - ? - printer paper - etc ???
only 1 IC and 1 Deputy IC and 1 Safety Officer etc - who takes charge
when these guys are sleeping?
