its not as simple as - 'plant crop - water crop - harvest crop -
repeat next year'
some crops grow at certain times - some crops need to be tilled every
year - various crops require various amounts of water
there is a new crop with roots that go down 10 feet - could store lots
more carbon - does not need to be tilled every year
