Note - no mention of adjacent radio sites to west, south, and east -
that could make a 25% difference in coverage (just eyeballing it) -
maybe 50% based on topography

Note - old radio system was probably - 1 city fd VHF high dispatch
channel that carried 99% of all action - 1 city VHF high FG channel -
1 county low band dispatch channel that carried 98% of all action -
couple of low band FG channels

Note - contract award August 2016 - system going on air August 2019 - maybe
