MSP helos heard via STATE channel - 1 helo was going to a search near
Worcester but had to cancel because they could not confirm that fuel
was available at Worcester - Lawrence Air reached an apparent
answering service who said that fuel was available but the fuelers
were somewhere out of touch on the airfield - helo had already turned
around at that point and it was reported that the party had been
located
TG 2541 - 1003 pm - 2/17 - "Worcester on" - labelled as Mid State
patch - nothing else heard
TG 4589 - labeled as "Worcester PD tie to MSP Holden" - "State
Headquarters Framingham" plus "State Logan" heard testing with
"Worcester" on the "Tie"
TG 2509 - 905 am - 2/18/2020 - "Fitchburg Fire conducting Mid State
test" - multi agencies replied - at end 4 short honks were heard -
sounded like an emergency alert from a HT - no other traffic after
that
TG 4589 - "...Ops, Worcester Regional" - test of the tie by someone -
1447 pm 2/18/2020
