Mayday - what happens when e trigger is activated? - radio hops to
clear talkgroups maybe - but who gets notification ? - who can talk on
the clear talkgroup? - probably the party in trouble and the
dispatcher and the IC and the RIT leader should have access to the
clear talkgroup (e trigger talkgroup / mandown alarm tallgroup /
emergency trigger channel)
