Also in October of 2018, the Communications Division moved to the new
Emergency Operations Center on Rose Boulevard in Northport. This a
co-located center. Under one roof there will be Telecommunicators from
every emergency agency within the county including: City of
Tuscaloosa, City of Northport, University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa
County, and Northstar Ambulance Service.
