DPS may assist the MPD in carrying out crime prevention and law
enforcement activities by sending personnel of DPS on patrol with the
power to arrest in the following area of the District of Columbia
which immediately surrounds the area of DPS's jurisdiction, that is,
the area surrounding DPS's jurisdiction at Court of Appeals for the
Armed Forces located at 450 E Street, NW, which is inside the
perimeter created by 6th Street, NW, F Street, NW, 3rd Street, NW, and
C Street, NW.
Unless otherwise noted, the jurisdiction shall include both sides of each street
