I am not really sure if they really have a statewide system or not?
why do so many counties have trunking licenses now? is it a statewide
system using multi county licenses? seems very odd
from the RRDB - the system does not have very many talkgroups listed
I think I see the problem - the report mentions 18 counties - but
there are 56 counties in Montana
