low bridge in NC regularly bashes trucks

https://youtu.be/tO6x0eBnrmU

something does not add up - even with warning signs and height
activated red lights - trucks are still hitting the bridge

something tells me the signs say - low bridge ahead - when they need
to say - really really low bridge ahead

something really does not add up - if the bridges are required to be
13'6" by state law - then the only bridge with low bridge signs should
be under 13'6" - maybe there are a bunch of bridges in the area that
are under 13-6 but above 12-6 - that could be the cause of the problem

speed bump seems like a good idea also - maybe not

are there any signs painted on the roadway about the height? are all
the signs at the sides of the road hidden by trees and other signs?

storrow drive in boston has big chains hanging down over the entrance
ramps to warm trucks
