lets consider the situation rationally - someone had the green light -
what are the odds, that if the cop car was not there, that the
civilian would have proceeded safely thru the intersection? - probably
10,000 to 1 - maybe 100,000 to one - maybe 500,000 to one - meaning
that - 500,000 cars will go thru that intersection before the next
major crash - maybe 10 million - maybe 100 million - chp probably
could provide the numbers
so what does that tell us about the situation?
