approx 5 air miles from downtown LA which could be seen thru the haze
a couple of times
steep narrow streets at beginning - didnt see a single hydrant
approx 10:00 - cool long ornate staircase
military osprey zooms over at 38:00
mt lee comm tower site at end - multi big white microwave dishes up
there plus the huge tower
really rugged terrain - I dont know if LAFD would ever send a normal
pumper up there - they might be able to make it - pickup truck had no
problem getting up to the top
