I am not sure what standards were actually set ... seems more like
suggestions that fire insurance companies should offer discounts for
... like cleaning off a little more vegetation around homes ... seems
like a whole lot of nothing
maybe it would be a good idea to equip all calfire engines and oes
engines with barricade gel ... whenever they arrive at a fire they can
foam down homes that will be hit by the fire .... maybe ALL engines
should get Barricade foam ... because none of these changes will be
implemented before this summer ,,, and even if they are implemented, i
does not seem that they will accomplish much
lets see if they lose 50,000 homes in 2022 ... there are still huge
areas of los angeles and san diego that can burn ... one bad wind
event on a hot day and its all over for hem ... just like the woolsey
fire
