looks like they dropped the requirement to have 168.625 in the ch16
slot in all radios ... realy dumb to drop that requirement ... really
really dumb .. has everyone forgotten parnell AZ already?
maybe should have 155.34 + 155.475 + 154.28 in all radios also
how many channels does the average wildland firefighter need? 1 to
talk to his commander and 1 or 2 life and death emergency channels ...
one of which should definitely be 168.625 because every aircraft has
a separate receiver on that channel
or just wait for the mass LODD incident and wait for the lawyers to
find out all the incident radio channels were busy with silly chatter
