my memories ... kinda light response to alert 3 ... many more units
called AFTER the plane crashed ... usaf tanker failed so water supply
lost ... info is all in the ntsb report iirc but no one in the
current us fire service remembers .... so the ntsb was wasting their
time if they were trying to educate the us fire service
bottom line ... 200 years of service unimpeded by introspection
