qv used 453.375 and 460.60 to handle 2 different ems calls - no tones
on the channel - just response comms
statewide fire coord ch1 is also available - heard some radio testing
on there today - and maybe some response comms earlier - maybe they
have hazmat trucks on the channel like Massachusetts
