not sure what the various zones are - but they have 3 zones and we
know they have 3 fire comm centers - so we can guess that they have 1
zone per comm center

Dept of Conservation has repeaters at 143 mhz - so maybe most forest
fire ops are done there

note - these channels do not totally jive with the aerial fire
channels that we saw in the Otaga plan recently

note - military + industrial + private forestry fire units probably
operate on their own private channels
