that seems to understand what the video was really about
seems that cop had NO clue what he was shooting at - and then executed
the guy after he pulled him out of the cruiser

there was a different video that made the 'execution' comment - a
video shot by a civilian
to recap - the white cop was kidnapped - the black cop opened fire on
the cop car with the white cop and the white perp inside
not sure if I got that totally right - but that seems to be the case
fairfax county virginia - isnt this 2 weeks old now?
