2 big hvac units on roof - 1 large dangling slab
could they hoist that stuff out with large cranes?
could they run cables thru top floors or roof to support it?
could they actually tie cranes to the various corners of the roof to
keep the building up? or even set cranes half way up the bld - put a
cable thru 1 window go into hallway and out window of 2nd apt - not
sure if that would do any good - ???
if they put 20 cranes around that building could they prevent it from
failing? could they put lally columns in every window and in every
hallway?
hell - fill the building up with pillows
is there any sign of interior column damage?
