update on Professional Ambulance in Cambridge MA

all of their units are P1 P2 P3 P15 P16 etc - but not all units are ALS

heard yesterday on Arlington FD channel - 'P?5? is responding - are
you ALS? - no we are BLS'

so that riddle is solved - somewhat - its possible that some P units
are always ALS and certain P units are always BLS - like P1 P3 P5 P7
might be BLS while P2 P4 P6 etc might be ALS - odd vs even - or maybe
P1 to P9 are ALS - and P10 to P20 are BLS

but usually the Pro units that come to calls in Arlington are ALS
transport units
