this might actually be a list of hospitals with emergency rooms that
are open 24/7/365 - can see at least 1 hospital that is NOT part of a
'hospital system' / 'hospital multi level chain'
typical bureaucratic double talk - this is not a list of hospitals but
it is a list of hospitals - maybe if they said 'this is not INTENDED
to be a up to date list" it would be clearer
on the plus side - there is a link to some Ohio database - maybe that
is the OFFICIAL list
