maybe there is no difference here between general surgeon and trauma
surgeon - therefore - level 1 requires surgeon on the property - level
2 requires surgeon on call
previously we thought that level 1 and level 2 were the same except
level 1 had a md teaching program also - maybe there are multiple
different systems used to classify the trauma centers - oh good
