anyone know why buxton maine has a low power repeater system on 453.475 R?
its on wzx809 - was licensed in 2017 -

1 repeater and 10 mobiles - narrowband fm / 11k-f3e - all 25 watts -
repeater is at same location as a 154.235 repeater
could 453.475 be patched to 154.235 ? is uhf for dispatchers and chiefs only?
buxton seems to only have 3 channels - 154.235 R for fire/ems and
153.845 R for police and 453.80R for dpw
