no ground ladders? no axes? maybe they just have 4 rolls of hose and 2
scba - do they have equipment below deck? seems the only storage is at
the rear - actually there is storage midship - maybe just the pump and
motor is at the rear
maybe if they have to fight a passenger ship fire - they just bring
hose and scba - and use any shipboard gear
do they have any portable radios? any thermal imaging cameras? any hazmat gear?
iirc there is a 100 foot fireboat in the outer harbor
