per the 2025 cal fire channel list - both 151.3175 R and 151.1675 R
are both now used for portable repeaters only - PL 103.5 on the output
thats interesting - they could put a portable repeater in every
battalion chiefs vehicle or in every mobile command post - and then
they could add 2 more repeater channels with good coverage to each
incident - in fact they could configure the portable repeaters as
suitcase repeaters - and someone could hike to the top of a nearby
hill and put the sucker into operation within 1 hour
