this is pretty cool - they dispatch usfs + IDL (state forestry) +
Tribal Forestry
dispatch levels are pretty light in some areas - apparently the land
is too rugged to do any firefighting
many dispatch zones just get a response of 1 engine - and that might
be just 2 people
the highest response is on the Inidan land - 3 engines and 1 dozer and
maybe 1 helo
they notify adjacent dispatch centers if any fires are reported within
2 miles or even 5 miles sometimes of borders
sometimes they respond to medical calls - not sure if they only
applies to injured firefighters - it seems to apply to any general ems
calls though - it maybe only applies if they have an EMT or first
responder on the truck
if you check wildweb you will see that they mostly have TY 6 engines
and TY 5 engines - TY6 engines have water tanks with minimum size of
300 gallons
