lookner was just showing a dumpster fire - helo circled with spotlight
- then 1 pumper and 10 cop cars showed up - then the pumper left to
the left without doing anything - cops took 1 bottle and 1 M80 - then
all cops left to right - and the pumper came back and chased after PD
