that comment seems very logical - but it aint
look at the big picture - basically he is saying that the ground
ambulance should start moving the patient to the big city hospital and
rendezvous with the helo enroute - can you imagine how difficult that
is to pull off safely? the only time we hear that being done in
massachusetts is at hospital LZs - small town ambulance takes the
patient to the small town hospital - and the helo scoops up the
patient from the hospital helipad - the patient never goes into the
small town hospital
