federal wildfire dispatch centers etc - a zerg90 map

we are starting to sort out how the federal wildfire agencies in the
USA are organized

bottom line - some dispatch centers handle fed and state and local
units - some dispatch centers just handle federal units - and there
are other arrangements - see the map legend / key

we have many more questions - a good one would be - is ventura county
fd on the big party phone or not? how about SLO county ?

there might be at least 2 virtual fire dispatch centers - Eastern USA
GACC that used to be at Milwaukee WI - plus maybe Puget Sound at
Everett WA
