350 pm edt - faa hq and DC airspace just got called out as UNSAFE by
head of Potomoc TRACON - he wrote letter years ago about the arrival
rate being too high - he also said the FAA air safety management
system needs to be scrapped - no specifics given
there dont seem to be any systems analysis people testifying today
per atc tapes - in 30 minutes before crash - 18 instances where TCAS
heard sounding
