looks like they are deleting 3 repeaters at 50 west st and adding a
472.25 repeater at Oxford St
they will end up with 3 repeaters at 30 Reservoir St and 3 repeaters
at Oxford St
????????
the 3 repeater channels are 483.875 R + 470.50 R + 472.25 R
they have a large coliseum in mansfield - maybe related to that
