seems like mass confusion on 134.05 - who got the landing clearance?

dear fire depts and arff - if you are on the same freq with a pilot -
be very careful on your radio comms
apparently logan has a procedure where they put the control tower and
the plane in distress and arff on the same channel - which is highly
unusual from the perspective of a pilot
