why have a night time channel? good question - maybe someone has to
keep their daytime channel on all night long but they really dont want
to hear anything - maybe the daytime channel is used for disaster
paging - maybe its used for mandown alarms and no one wants to listen
to them going off with false alarms all night - ?????
