3 FDs formed the SW Central Fire Territory in 2008 - 1 left along the
way - the final 2 split in 2024
the new St Jospeh County Fire Territory - which actually only covers 2
FDs - was formed in 2024
they probably need to rip the bandaid clean off and start a countywide
FD - even include Notre Dame FD - a catholic college FD - do they have
a mutual aid agreement with the Vatican FD? would only take them 12
hours to get over there - right? maybe 6 hours in a F35
