medics have to respond in SUVs
paid private crews often cover weekdays and vols cover at other times
as opposed to LA County where medics have to respond in pickup trucks
evryone has a picture in their head about how things HAVE TO BE DONE -
and NO ONE can deviate from the script - or there will be HELL to pay
as far as anyone doing real research to see what works best - NO MONEY FOR THAT
