no hydrants - no fire dept connections on blds - no standpipes at
subway station - no alarm boxes - mostly 4 story blds - 940 am edt -
saw 1 large red globe on 1 bld - maybe 2 foot diameter - maybe was a
sprinkler bell - approx 4 feet above ground level - all electric lines
are buried apparently
