comcast info - which makes no sense

 Comcast's support for 911 & PSAP's, we provide and maintain for
municipalities, EMS, DOT and DOS a manned 24-hour call-in number to
create a ticket that answers in Chelmsford and fails over to a
facility in Maryland. So, anytime anyone in the public safety sector
or EMS has an issue they call that number and create a ticket that is
dedicated for their use.  Comcast supports PSAP's and we maintain a
24-hour 365 manned number for PSAP's specifically which is in Denver
and fails over to a facility outside of Alanta.

so which is it - denver or chelmsford?
