- 1618 hours - tac channel zero three - (which came up as TG 700 /
Incident 10 at openmhz.com) - this tape is from openmhz - 5 engines +
2 ladders + 1 heavy rescue + 2 BC + 1 EMS chief + 1 bls amb + 1 als
amb on the intitial dispatch - HM1 was sent 3 minutes later
there was lots of chatter on TG700 about who would be "first due"
(first arriving) and who should go to which side of bld - BC was
coordinating it all - not completely succesfully

- first arrival message or maybe 2nd - mention of "32" - is that a VMR
/ MO3 channel or a tac channel? we know that at 423pm Eng 18 was doing
a radio relay to the IC - apparently Eng 18 was hearing someone in the
tunnel and relaying the messages to the IC via the TRS
