you will hear 15 minutes of no traffic - then 1 message - then a 30
second to 60 second pause - then subsequent messages
sure seems like a store and play feed to me
openness - live scanner audio- broadcastify calls
maybe it is one of the new enhanced 'broadcastify calls' feeds somehow
- a virtual feed of some sort
