there are 4 feeds listed under QV

33.80 just has voice paging - fire and ems - maybe not all calls were
heard - the call is just announced once verbally - tones sets are 2
sec plus 2 sec approx

453.475 R - fire and ems comms - units going enroute and arriving and
transporting and going back into station etc - Woodstock Amb went to 1
ems call - the dispatcher announced a residential fire alarm call for
Thompson Hill and East Thompson FDs but no further traffic heard and
nothing was heard on 33.80

460.60 R - more ambulances going to calls - Amb 593 + Ab 694 + Ab 578
- transport destinations were Plainfield and maybe Backus

453.4625 R - Ab 961 and Medic 2 took a call - Amb 961 went to Day
Kimball Hospital with the patient - Car 90 was heard - maybe East
Brooklyn got a psyche call at Walmart (that call went out on 33.80
also)

we are guessing that various agencies use various channels as their
ops channel - maybe north and south and west areas - ????

lets see what SNE says

rrdb says that 453.4625 R is the Killingly xband - maybe thats a clue
as to what FDs are on that channel

maybe there is some way to figure out which agencies respond on which channels

looks like "QV" dispatches all FD and amb in Windha County except for
Putnam - and maybe Windham / Willimantic

damn this is taking a long time to figure out - and we have not even
started to talk about police or ambulance - we now their are 3 local
PDs - and apparently the state police cover everyone else - ambulances
are closely tied to the FDs and QV - but their might be some outliers
